Sunday was family game night. My children and I played Life. I was losing and eventually had only $100, so my children made up new rules to help me. Wasn't that nice of them?!
Monday when my son got home from school and walked into the house the door hit him. He started punching and kicking the wall and the door. He was definately ANGRY! He said he hated school, homework, chores and the stupid door that just hit him. He wanted to just stay home and play on the computer all day, like what he did on Christmas Vacation! WOW, he was really angry?! He had a bad day at school too, his teacher said he was orange (green is the best, yellow is warning, orange is bad). This was the first time (this year) he was orange at school!
I got food down him FAST, and had him take a bath and get in his P.J.s. I spent time with him and took some pictures of him with his favorite stuffed animals. He even had me take individual pictures of each stuffed animal. We talked and he got to feeling better right away.
I learned a lesson from this......Never let my children laze around all Christmas Vacation, because it is too hard for them to get back into their normal routine.
Tuesday I worked in the field. That means I am in my car most of the day driving around. I usually drive around 140 miles when I work in the field.
Wednesday I got a text message from my sister. She mentioned our Sisters Biggest Loser Contest. I didn't know we had started, so I quickly weighed myself. Yes, I am fat. Obese is the word the doctors use. I plan on working on it this year. I started Water Aerobics, so if you want to join me just let me know, and I will tell you the days and times!
Thursday I went to a Close To My Heart (CTMH) Album Retreat, in Salt Lake City, UT. I went with my friend
Nicole. Here we are with our bags full of goodies!
Friday I was still at the CTMH Album Retreat, having lost of fun. I completed 11 layouts. You can go to my
scrapbook blog to see all the layouts I completed.
Saturday was the last day of the CTMH Album Retreat. We meet
Jeanette Lynton, the founder and CEO of CTMH. I had a blast and plan to never miss a CTMH Album Retreat!
