Here is a layout from the She Said Monthly Autoship club from A Page 4 All Seasons . The designer is Tamara Jensen . I just love all the layouts she creates! It is so nice to have these kits on hand. They are easy to do because everything is cut out for me and I can put it together quickly! This layout is one of my favorites. I love all the flowers on it. Don't you? These picture's were taken at a family reunion in Flagstaff, Arizona in August 2007. My uncle Carter had his horses take the older kids on trail rides in the morning, but wanted to wait until the evening for the little children to ride the horses around the fenced in area. I guess he didn't want the horses to get tired on the trail rides, so he did that first! My daughter had a hard time waiting until evening to ride a horse. My layout is different from her layout, but I did pick up some of her ideas! Thanks Nicole! NOTE: Click on the image to enlarge! These pictures were taken on July 4, 2007, at the parade or what I like to call the "taffy throw." It was fun to be at the parade with my sister's and my children loved all of the cousins! We will meet again this year, which my children are excited for!

I couldn't wait for my children to get out of school so I could have some free time, since there would be no more nightly homework. I ended up with less time! My daughter had T-Ball games every Monday and Wednesday and my son had machine pitch every Tuesday and Thursday! Whew! Baseball season is finally over, so hopefully now I can find some of that free time I was hoping for! My son's team was the Colorado Rockies. Here he is ready to bat. He is wearing batting gloves he helped pay for. He insisted he needed them to hit home runs. Ironically, he did hit a couple of home runs during the season, so he must have known what he was talking about. I love this picture because it shows the machine used to pitch the balls, my son with his glove in his pocket, and the beautiful mountains! Don't you agree those mountains are beautiful? My daughter's T-Ball Team was the Tampa Bay Devil Rays, how appropriate. I think my daughter only played T-Ball for the treats she got at the end of each game! One day we missed her game because I wrote the wrong time down. My daughter started crying because she missed her treats and demanded treats from me once we got home! She is so silly! My daughter had a great coach who tolerated all her goofing around. Here he is helping her bat! When I took this picture I didn't realize my son was lurking in the back ground. My daughter is batting with a bat she shares with her brother and he is on guard ready to grab it when she is done! My daughter just hit the ball and is done with the bat and he is moving in to get it! Funny huh?

Our fridge stopped making ice, so we bought a new fridge. My daughter was so sad the day she came home and seen the new fridge in the kitchen and the old fridge gone. She started bawling and said, "But I never got to say goodbye to Fridgy ! I miss Fridgy ! I told her the old fridge was out in the backyard and she could go see it. I heard her bawling harder and this is what I saw: Who new she was so attached to our old fridge! She cracks me up!

The day I came home from Dallas, Texas, was my birthday! My Mom (bless her heart) watched my children while I was away. I called my Mom when I arrived in Salt Lake City to let her know I was home and would pick up my children from school. She told me they had a big surprise waiting for me and if I went into my house without them, to keep it a secret. After hearing this I decided to go get my children from school early. My children were so excited they made me wait outside the house until they got in and then called for me. When I entered they shouted, "Happy Birthday" and there was a cool Happy Birthday Mom banner they had made. They each gave me two birthday cards and specially wrapped presents. The presents were books for me to read to them. My daughter also gave me her flash cards. LOL! They also helped my Mom make a cake and cupcakes. My Mom had ice cream in the freezer waiting for us too! It was fun to see my children so excited to celebrate my birthday!

My work sent me to Dallas, Texas to attend a training class on civil tax law suits. The training class was very informative; however, I do not think I get paid enough for what I am required to do. I am grateful I have a job, and I do love it, but the pay is not realistic! I have a job interview on Wednesday, May 28th for a promotion. This grade raise will allow me to work more challenging cases with more tax law involvement! Wish me luck! This was my first time in Texas. I didn't see very many cactus, which surprised me because I thought Texas was more of a desert state. Dallas was greener than I expected and the weather wasn't too bad either. I went to the Fort Worth Stock Yards. It was interesting to learn how they cared for the cattle, horses, sheep and pigs that were held there for sale! These animals were well taken care of and probably had better living conditions than some people in those days! I was even able to get a picture taken while on the back of this big ole long...
